Le Bistro Montage is one of Portland’s best restaurants (in a town filled with great restaurants), and I was fortunate enough to have photographed many of their dishes for the now-defunct PDX Magazine.

Good times.  Good times.

Anyways…  Frog legs feature prominently on the restaurants menu, and I can attest to the fact that they are incredibly tasty.  Just like (really fancy) chicken!
